Jack if you didn't feel down sometimes, i would worry about you humanity! we all feel down sometimes my friend, and it's always good to tell people, even through a blog, how can we help you up unless you let us know you've fallen over eh? :) c'mon my friend cheer up, there is much more of your life to look forward to than to look back on, and im not saying forget the past, far from it, the past makes us who we are, including all the things we've found and lost, you just have to accept the past and live your life to the full in the future, it's what Charlotte would have wanted you to do :), anyways if you are ever feeling a bit down in future, please don't hesitate to call, i always have time enough to listen if you wish to talk, and as i said, everyone needs a hand up sometimes right? :) see you on saturday my friend
